Jupiter & Ganymede Jan 14th Repro AS!2

Decided to repro some images from Jan 14th using AS!2 as previously did a animation of Jupiter and moons which were stacked in Registax.

This image was done using 1.5x drizzle and has produced some pleasing detail on Ganymede!

Thanks guys! Considering Jupiter was 2 months past opposition I'm surprised to capture that detail on the moon. Just goes to show when conditions are very good what can be achieved. Fingers crossed if similar nights happen this next opposition I can use a higher fl as I never went above f26 last time.

I am itching to get going on the new Jupiter opposition, just hoping for that one night of magical seeing!

Excellent Stuart, still to try As2 on Jupiter, hopefully get plenty of captures later this year tho

this is great result considering January Jup was well past opposition,

and getting detail to show on Ganymede is nice bonus
