Thought I would start on NGC7000 this is 7x30mins with the PL16803 and the new 5nm Astrodon Ha filter

Looking forward to adding more to this and seeing how the 3nm OIII and SII work out on this

I opened the image and thought.. nice, lets take a closer look.. took a closer look.. and closer..

Woh! that has to be a big CCD. ah yes, 16Mpixel. Well handled too.

Would love to see this image in full resolution.

Once you've got the rest of the data I think it's going to be somthing pretty special.

There seems to be a little creature staring at us from between the dust lanes there, very nice.

Jaw-dropping it does beg the question though what differences would be seen between this and similar capture using the 7nm Hα filter.

PS I see a scary face in the dust lane towards the bottom right (the lighter of the dark stuff - if that even makes sense) spooky!
