Hey Stewart, just squeezed M45 in, a bit of smoke from that chimney would have finished this off a beaut but the bits of cloud and LP work nicely, great pic

I use Imagenomic.not the free version but the full one.

Its much more versatile with different preset levels or you can go manual and adjust individual colour noise as well.

However the 5DMKII is superb for low noise at high ISO's,even 4000

isnt too noisy,it does obviously benefit from noise reduction but its not too bad in the first place.
