aCOLON
Hi all i'm a complete noob at all this and have been trying to convince myself to buy a telescope for a few years now. I finally bit the bullet and bought a skywatcher 130m newtonian. And i am really enjoying it at the moment though i would like to see some deep sky objects i dunno if this is a great scope for that. Really great forum guy's.

JamesM
Hi and welcome to the forum. There is never a big enough scope to show you everything, what's important is taking time to explore and understand the objects that you can actually see and have fun in the process. There will always be a time to upgrade but there's no rush as the stars aren't going anywhere. Eventually you will want to specialise and that's the time to think about another scope.Clear skiesJames
