Hi all.

Shot the luminance for this on the 01/09/11

41 @ 300 seconds through my HX916 and 10" newt.

And have just got around to some colour, Conditions have not been good so It was a bit of a fight to get a reasonable result from the data but got there in the end.

25 @ 300 seconds R

13 @ 300 seconds G

20 @ 300 seconds B

Different total amounts for the RGB's was due to cloud and fog.

Indeed, I also have an 80ed but it hardly ever gets a look in, just love the scale the 10" brings.

The star shapes are not my best work to be honest.

It is a great camera despite its age and has served me well since I got it 2nd hand in 2006.

I would love to upgrade to a newer mono CCD with a larger chip but I image on a very tight budget (my last scope purchase was 7 years ago:eek:) and it dose a very good job with the newt. It just means if I want to image a larger area I have to put the time in to do a mosaic.
