South West Astronomy Fair August 6th 2011

The above event takes place at the Norman Lockyer Observatory, Salcombe Hill, Sidmouth, Devon.

This is the 6th year for this event and each time it gets bigger and better.

With trade stands, planetarium shows, historic telescopes, guest speakers, astro-imaging Marquee, meteor detection facility, radio group.

I'd love to go, but unfortunately we shan't be in Devon this weekend. Missed it last year as well.

I will be there as will 20 plus members from Wiltshire AS, this is our annual outing while we do not have club nights during the summer. Hope to pick up a bargin or two, not asking for much more but will the weather be kind to us on Saturday:rolleyes:
