  2. Yes I used binoculars to scan the horizon once sun had gone. I travel about 15 minutes to get to this location, Hackpen Hill, great for the south west thru to north east for a clear horizon.? Peter

  22. I was also at the same place, great views of the eclipse and the weather was very clear. Notice the temperature dropped pretty quickly when the sun got near the horizon? Peter
