First attempt at Moon mosaic

Hi all,

this is my first (pathetic) attempt at a moon mosaic with my 127 Mak &SPC900NC.

Please feel free to criticise, pull apart, slate or generally laugh at.

Thanks for all the encouragement folks.

This is about 35 different captures to get the whole surface captured (thank god it wasn't a full moon).

I was not sure if it was a little too sharp looking or too contrasty, so thanks again everyone.

Complete failure - to join the "missed a bit" club!!! That is a cracking image and well processed. I assume that is reduced to fit on the forum - the full size must look really satisfying.

No that's a good first mosaic though I'm surprised how small the image is. Never tried making a mosaic with my SPC but it seems comparable in power to my DMK with which I get about 3000x3000 on a SkyMax-127 - and that's with no barlow!
