I may not be around in 10 years.but i will use it as long as possible. Have no intention of changing from my 200p.

Im 64 years young.dont have any issues using it.

Bst work very well in my 200p skyliner.

Bst are great value for money. Unless you can justify spending more Your chioce .we all see things differently.

It just depends what you mean by a better telescope.that is such a difficult thing to find the right answer to.

I like BST eyepieces.great value and very affordable.

Depends how deep your pockets are. For me BST are a great upgrade on the stock eyepieces. Many on here like them. Great scope you have. Remember a dob is for life.

Yes.as far as im aware there is someone in the usa does make this type of setup for most dobs depending on size.as to cost i think it would be high.

If you want to control you 200p you can fit slow motion controls.

I can recommend BST eyepieces.and good improvement over the supplied ones. I have a full set of BST and they are very good. Many people use them on this site. I also have a 200p. Which i will never sell.or upgrade unless i win the lottery.

Get yourself a Waterbutt base.brings the eyepiece up to a more comfortable position.depending on how tall you are.

There all good.just depends on you really. How much you are prepared to carry around .i have had a 200p for several years now.and ive been very pleased with it. The other thing is the 200p will easily fit in my little fiesta. I have purchased a full set of BST eyepieces which are a big improvement over the std eyepieces. I have enjoyed the 200p .yes there are better scopes out there. But value for money its a great scope. And i have no ambition to buy any other scope now or in the future. Regards.

You will be looking at a lot of money to outperform the 8"dob. I wouldnt be so keen to sell it until you find the scope that will give you what you need. Never will sell mine.
