    I find it stays cloudy for 2/3 weeks minimum 🙁

    The dovetail is held on with 3 screws so provided the replacement has multi fixing holes it shows be a simple job. I f drilling new holes is required then I am sure it would be a fairly simple task. If you don’t have a drill I would be more than happy to do it for you.

    I have the AZ5 on the stainless steel tripod and I would not recommend a payload over 6/7 kg so you might be ok.
