  1. just tried getting some shots of Jupiter with my 650d and 2 X Barlow and celestial 5se. not feeling it with this scope and hope I get the kind of shots I want with the neq6 and 300pds

      Your 5SE is likely OK for Jupiter, a webcam is the normal way of imaging planets. "Normal" would be 5SE, barlow and webcam connected to laptop. Align, locate and track Jupiter, take a 60 second movie and load the movie (.avi file) into Registax. Process by stacking say the best 10% of the images.

      if the 650D has a movie mode then you can use that to very good effect a small amount of googling will show you the results you might get
