Solar filters on order. Hope I have more luck solar viewing and imaging than I do the night sky.

I'mm thinking of moving to the Moon, then I can get some nice clear skies. thoughts anyone?? :)

I really am sick and tired of this! Showing clear all day, go out this evening to do my first lot of imaging and it's foggy. Could quite easily sell up and go back to offroading, at least I can do that in rubbish weather.

Clear skies, two modded cameras and a collection of lenses at my disposal. :-)

Is it me, but does Lenny147 spend more time underground than on top of it? - BTW if you are reading this Lenny147, no offence, you do great photos in the 'most' unusual of places!

Can anyone tell me when there is even the slightest chance of a clear night all night in southern England? Really losing the will with all this darn cloud. Where in the world should I choose to move to for clear skies?!

Looking at the forecast, might be able to get a quick imaging session in before moonrise....
