We don't prepare for serious snow because we hardly get any. It would cost millions to maintain the kit that we just may need in the future.

Stellarvue 90mm Raptor/Baader wedge,ND 3(.1),Solar Cont,Baader 1.25' Polarizer filter.The 16mm Nagler is THE one for this setup so far in low range

As it happens, I was powering up to 300x on the Sun yestarday with Mak 180, and actually had a good crisp view for a few moments.
