Great night last night lovely and clear after a drop of rain so decided to stay out till gone 2am, glad I did got to have another go at my favourite galaxy's. Have resisted adding star spikes to these two they look much nicer with out them, it makes a nice change to see these wonderful Galaxy's surrounded by space and stars :)

50x1.25sec subs ISO 1600

30 darks flats and bias

Stacked in DSS processed in PS CS5

Camera 350D modded

Thanks Ian yes that reducer is brilliant I cant wait to start imaging M31 when it comes round again this year I am going to really go to town on it with the evostar and the reducer hopefully I will have got myself an HEQ5 by then as well.

Yep I got another super nova :) that makes me laugh the other night imaging M95 I get a supernova and then last night imaging M101 I had no idea they were even there so that has really made my day.:confused: Thanks for pointing that one out to me Roger
