Damn that looks very accurate. It shows that my local area is currently clear skies and -6C, which is exactly the conditions right now here.

I noticed over the last few days that the weather map on Sky News has changed.

I have been using this beta site for a few weeks now, mainly for the cloud forecast and past observations of course. It seems pretty good and much better than the standard met office layout so I hope that they do decide to keep the site in that format after the end of beta testing.

I hope that they improve the accuracy of the cloud forecasts though
