Thanks for the comments. Seeing would have been perfect but for some ribbons of thin cloud. Hardly a breeze, and very steady seeing. transparency could have been better.

Gap near the beginning due to our chimney stack had to wait for it to re-appear.

Need to do a bit more work before presenting final pic tho- but right now I'm off to make some cider ,,,,, ooooh arrrrgh

what was your focal length with first image?

I believe it was taken with 8" and Lu070, do you use Atik manual filter?

Res the fl was F30, all red data came from IR ( long story), and was taken with my 7" Mak using a manual Scopeteknix FW
