It's simply mindblowing...Lunt have commercialised the PST80, and double stacked it..with bigger etalons...Coronado with the £1299 SM60...and SM90's at less than half price...

I received the E-mail from T-House about their 10% off everything at the end of the Month but its ONLY for stocked items.

They are not expecting any of the new Coronados until Sept.

You know when you just get your timing oh so wrong......

I've got a nearly complete PST80 mod, and when looking for the blocking filter to go to stage 2 got sucked in to an upgrade path. After much consideration I decided to go the filter rather than scope route, but couldn't get Coronado filters (I now know why!!) and so 5 weeks ago ordered some Lunt 50mm filters with B1200 and a CaK B600. While waiting for delivery all this happens - ho hum.

(The filters have now arrived and for once I'm happy its cloudy - as I don't yet have the adapter to attach to my WO scope and I'd be completely frustrated if it was sunny. They are chunky beasts - much much bigger than the Coronado SM40. Looking forward to seeing the improvement over the standard PST, and getting the PST80 phase2 mod finished (despite a few attempts we haven't managed to separate the etalon from the black box yet ))

The largest BOA, clamp the black box in a padded vice and follow the instructions in the write-up. Guaranteed to separate the etalon or your money back.
