Jupiter 11th August

Here is my first Jupiter this summer taken at 38° alt at 01:45 BST this morning. Seeing was reasonable, periods of good detail visible. Battle with dew after the heavy rain recently. The sky was so clear, milky way was wonderful and saw about 10 Perseids.

Looking forward to a good Jupiter opposition this year from the UK. I have also attached a second image a few minutes later.
