I'm new in astronomy so would like some help with th following 

Is is possible to install a goto support in my dobsonian mount?

Have the following telescope: Telescope Bresser Dobson 10" 1270 mm

I dont think anyone makes kits to convert dobs to full goto. If you bought a large enough goto mount you could mount the OTA on that. Your best bet is probably to buy the cheapest Celestron Starsense Explorer and fit the phone bracket from that onto your dob which will give you push-to for finding objects, which is what I assume you want the goto for.

There are push to upgrades available, but I don't know of any full go to ones, you could add an EQ platform for tracking.
