I only plugged it in, didn't touch the settings.  I was in a hurry, had to do the polar alignment twice, because the handheld froze and clouds started to cover the sky again. Does the cam or the PHD2 have to be connected to the internet? My laptop has no longer wifi ( froze )

So, testing testin at the daytime. After a struggle the cam suddenly showed the antena on my neighbours roof. Oh yeah, one more step. Let's hope it stays clear until tonight.

Re-installed the PHD2 and now it seems to be a little more stable. Clouds are coming so I can't test the guiding again. No clear skies for another 9 days, according to the weather forecast. Only 2 partial clear nights since last October

I wonder, do I always have to run ASi studio if I want PHD2 to run the camera?

No. Never run ASIstudio at the same time as PHD2.

If I don’t, PHD2 won’t turn the cam on. When I run ASIstudio, PHD2 works too.

As you can see, PHD2 disconnects. I'd guess because some other app has grabbed the camera.

Suggestion: Start again. Make a new profile with only the camera connected and only PHD2 running. Now connect.

Post the logs.

if I test the cam in the ASI studio, it works. Are you sure, the PHD2 is any good? Loosing faith already.

Correct. 1s exposures in daylight will overexpose. 
Now you're roughly in focus, you'll be able to finely adjust on a star.

If you really want to test PHD2 in daylight, take the camera gain to zero at the shortest exposure time. Even then, you may have to stop down the aperture of the guide telescope. But perhaps best simply to wait for stars to appear as there's not much you can do with PHD2 otherwise [1]
