That's really spooky Carole, I've just been looking at the cone area and never realised it was so large.. one of those what is that moments...

Any case, back to your image... Fantastic, really like it..

I tell you what I think is spooky, is those two blue nebulae top right.  They keep making me think of either, some spies looking in or once many years ago I was snorkeling in the Caribbean, and there were two cuttle fish side by side hovering and watching waiting to pounce, and these shapes remind me of that.

yeh I noticed that blue nebula for first time when I shot my 'foxy rosette' - I think I'll try and close up of it soon.

Very nice Carole. I too hadn't realised that there was so much more to see beyond the cone. Shouldn't be surprised really though, space is full of stuff 🙂.

Really good Carol.I tried the Christmas tree/Cone a little while ago,and just.nt could,nt get the colouring right.
