Images from the 22nd. I used a SW ED100 and a x2 barlow. Another night of pretty good seeing. We are being spoiled !

Thanks for the nice comments. I’ve always been surprised what the ED100 can do. I get as much detail with it as I often have with bigger scopes in the past and it’s a lot easier to set up and use. We’ve all heard the best scope is the one you use and I think that’s proven to be correct for me anyway.  I used to be obsessed with getting finer and finer detail  and smaller and smaller craters with more aperture but now try to get a good picture instead. It keeps me amused !!
