I had the Vixen FL102S out last night, first time for a little while. Conditions were very good at times; seeing a little variable but when it settled there was lovely detail to be seen.

I took this quick shot with my phone at around x180 I think, processed and cropped in PS Express. Not as good as the visual view but gives a flavour.

I tried using my phone, hand held and could never get it right.

Amazed at the depth of colour you’ve captured Stu. I’m not that far away from you but Mars has been washed out and drab so far here. Are you using any filters?

Great result with a phone. Seeing for last night was terrible. You got a better picture with your phone.
