Meteor

Just to say i have seen a couple of really nice Meteors fly through Leo whilst out for a quick Walk around the block/Playing Field. Both were Green in colour and about Mag 1 even though the sky is full of thin clouds and pea soup these were great to see. I was standing on a Bench at the time and whilst observing(Naked eye) i was close to falling over at these beauties .

Also should point out from the field which is only 100 yards from my house i can see 90% of the Sky :shock: this is a real treat compared to the 40% i could see from within 10miles of Blackpool were i was living so warrington(my new location) does have its light pollution but it's saving grace for me at least is the Panoramic views(Nearly) from this field .

Look forward to using my 10x50 binos and sitting on the bench observing when it is a clear night .

Anyway iam lucky tonight seeing these two stunner's and makes up for some of the draught of clear skies..

Because the ground was frozen and i had just trainers on so standing on the bench helped with the cold
