Do you record your imaging sessions? If so how?

I do. I use a spreadsheet that stores dates/times, targets, filters, scope, location, camera, weather, temperature, etc.

Interested to see how others do it, software, notepad or something else. Anything goes.

I designed an Access database for Targets and captures and it has proved invaluable this year

With 3 laptops already on the go while imaging, I prefer the low tech approach and have a notebook. This has records relating to calibration data mainly (e.g flats exposure times) and what filters are in the carousels.

Mine gets recorded by the storage of captured data which I keep with details of what equipment was used, this then gets posted on my website etc, I don't always remember the exact date especially if it's a multi session, but I can probably find out by dates on the files.
