Nope CC, it comes with Photoshop - it's called Image Ready.

It's so easy... have the images that you want in one directory and there is an option to open files from a directory into frames... select the directory and it imports them and creates the animation.

Martyn, bottom right of the first pic is the top of a swimming pool (thats upside down), so really it's the bottom of a swimming pool. But I thought that if I said it was the bottom of a swimming pool you'd think I'd gone nuts...
