The greatest find of 2008....

For me it is this, a William Optics Megrez 80 F6 Super APO.

Although secondhand this scope is immaculate, and I mean spotless.

It looks like the previous owner used it 2-3 times at the most and when in storage it must have been kept in a vacuum sealed lead safe.

The Scope has the usual WO fit and finish and came with a rucksack style case.

Fantastic service from Mike @ Ace Astro. He even included a 6 month garantee.

Well worth the long drive to Yate.

I just can't wait to use it.

Not knowing much about these scopes, can you give an ideal of it's f/l please? It looks tiny!

Mike at Ace Astro mentioned that they were local. He had an "astro day" at the shop and AstroTrac came and gave a demonstration. Unfortunatly I was a day late.

I am very Happy That you are pleased with the Williams we had our astro day all went well Richard from Astro Trac had a lot of interest and of course he did not have to go far to get home
