Nah, I reckon it's just blue-grey cloud

Absolutely solid cloud here, and some rain.  I've been out fitting the support posts for the rails for my observatory roof

Solid cloud & drizzle up here but forecast says it will clear tonight , looking for an excuse to be late for work tomorrow.....

My daughter lives in Gainsborough, be ringing her this evening so will do a weather check

Forecast shows clear later....from 9 pm to 10pm that is. 🙄

Wall to wall cloud moved in yesterday the moment my new Solarquest mount arrived and hasn’t cleared yet. 🤬🤬🤬

Try and find an excuse to pop round and see her.....tell her your car broke down thats why you didnt turn up till 11pm and youve brought a tent 🌚

I do park my camper van on her drive overnight occasionally when passing by heading north

ClearOutside ( which is always 100% accurate....Hmmm ) shows it being clear from 9pm tonight through to 11am tomorrow morning.

Its overcast and raining at the moment here though.......

Clear Outside for my location is almost identical to yours Johninderby.  But its raining at the moment.. Any how, here's hoping

Clearing a bit but blowing a gale.

It was supposed to be clear from about 6pm here, but right now it's wall-to-wall cloud and the forecast has changed so it's not clear until 9pm.  Doubtless by the time we get there it will be different again :(

Well, that's that then.  The forecast clear sky again failed to arrive on time and the forecast has now been changed to "miserable".  I think I'm beginning to look at the weather forecast in the same way the forecasters create it: in the desperate hope that one day they might get it right.

Maybe chance to try out the Solarquest in the morning? I wouldn’t put money on it but you never know.

Yes, my forecast for tomorrow morning looks similar.  I have mounts to align though, and I need stars for that (and not our local one).
