Lunar First Light - DMK 31

It seems like ages since I've imaged anything to post. But, I finally got to try the DMK31 on the moon tonight with my CPC-1100. These were all taken at f10 and 15fps.

It will take a while to learn the buttons and settings.. but I'm please with the second time out with the camera.

Yes great shots, really impressive, though on my laptop screen I prefer Copernicus, Clavicus seems a little over exposed and grainy. But both are better than anything I have managed so far!

Is the first shot slightly out of focus? or is it my eyes?

Thank you, to all for the kind remarks. I shot half of the images taken last night through medium thick clouds over the moon. Therefore, the exposure settings and focus were a bit hit and miss. So, hopfully I can do better. Some images will be over and under exposed for a while until I learn the settings, as I mentioned. Unfortunately the "auto" settings are not reliable or even close. Over all I enjoyed getting out with the kit.

* Rog - my DSO shooting is on hold as long as I live in the city and have the alt/az mount. I still enjoy all of your images, Oh grand master and mentor...
