Decided to take the scope while it is still portable. Skies very dark, LP no problem, and we had chosen accomodation to allow for using the scope, (not too many trees).

Only managed 11 X 60secs as lappie battery died and could'nt find power lead, (found now).

Can't wait to see what I can do tonight, I think I may have caught the imaging bug thanks to Rog, but loving every second,

Thanks for looking

What a splendid result that is. I'm chuffed for you, you made giant strides in such a short time, it's incredible.

How's the Obsy. progressing, are we not due a progress report? :)

Well done Trudie, you're doing great.

Ron. :D

Thats a really great image Trudie, top marks for that.

This looks great.

Have never managed to find this elusive M33

I'm lucky enough to be able to see it with the naked eye, under favourable conditions of course.

!!! I imaged it last night and couldn't see it even with my 8" Newt. just trusted to look that the GOTO was spot on, it was.

Cracking image Trudie, is it cropped?
