creating star trail time lapses

Hello 

Can anyone give me some advice on how to create time lapse star trails with show the path of the trails, i cant seem to down load starstaX it doesnt show on my computer??

Warning! Startrails is a part of what dragged me into this abominable habit.

Then Orion the Hunter slain me and I was carried off.

If you get, or use, an Intervalometer, you can set up and sit back or even go inside and come back later to gather your images and camera. My first was a wired type. Worked fine. I'm giving it to my Son In Law in Washington State.

But the one I have now is a wireless affair and I simply love that idea.

You can go way beyond Startrails with your images.... Here is an online GIF generator (FREE). Upload a batch of your time lapse images, and play with the time setting.

  Just a small pile of images run forwards, and backwards. Twinkle, Twinkle, where's Bullwinkle? Have fun!

PS: When I get clouds, I shoot them.

And immortalize them in a video...
