Jupiter this morning

Taken using an Altair GPCAM v1 with a Skywatcher 200p on an EQ5 (AstroEQ) mount. Processed with PIPP, Autostakkert, Registax and GIMP 2.9.5. I used a 2x Astro Engineering AC333 barlow.

Left to right are the moons Ganymede, Callisto, Europa. Taken at 5:35am.

Lovely widefield view with some nice detail visible. 3:30am has been my alarm call as well for Jupiter, tough getting out of bed especially when the seeing turns out to be YUK! That said its a great time of the day, especially in the summer.

Thanks bunnygod, I almost didn't bother staying out, it completely clouded over by the time I'd set up. Glad I stuck with it though, ended up getting some good data.

I'm going to put up another thread in a few days as I got captures at three different focal lengths, so it'll be nice to compare them.
