Crater Balmer, for certain! 13/1/17

Definitely Balmer this time!

The seeing was ok for most of the time but now and then deteriorated, hindering the finer detail, which was hinted at, but as I couldn't be certain I left it out of the sketch.

It used to be Alan. I used to spend time painting wildlife using water colour. Perhaps not the best medium for intricate work, as its a touch uncontrollable. I'd generally copy a photograph rather than paint a live subject. It's been thirteen years since I've picked up a paint brush!

I know its a bit off topic but I've attached a few examples. I don't think I've ever shown these anywhere before!
