OK, confession all I really want from this is the two-element lens in its cell and the body tube. Sadly the lens is uncoated and the lens cell isn't the quality of the bootsale version I used for a finder, still hopefully it will do as a cheap and cheerful guidescope with a 1.25" focuser frankensteined on to the end :-)

ROFL. It most certainly is. Jupiter must fill the frame and be even sharper and clearer. Because Jupiter is bigger. And closer.
