Well I was making a muck of the sun on Sunday - just couldn't get a decent full disk image & no real idea why.

Anyway, after a bit of processing and cropping, I found this first image, which was ok considering.

Then I wound up the processing a bit more and out popped more detail. It's at the expense of some natural feel but hey ho........

You caught a very nice prom group there.

If I could give any advice about solar imaging is always check your data twice & take plenty of captures, all you need is one good one.

Very nice work. I am glad the double stack is not arriving anywhere near my location, hopefully it will lure the thick clouds away from here
