Sun in white light 17 March 2016

Had periods of good seeing on the morning of St Patrick's Day, so set up to see what I could capture with the new AR 2524 just rotated into view. I stacked 4 DSLR (Canon 600D) images in AS2!, then used my ZWO ASI120MM-S with x3 TV barlow to grab some close ups of both AR2524 and 2519

Thanks Dave, Dave, Pete and Robin. I'm really new to solar imaging, but its great fun to be in the sunshine instead of freezing myself at night this time of year. Hoping to get more images of 2524, but I've been clouded out since Thursday - nothing new there then...!!
