Jupiter 8th March 2016 with Io and Europa

Seeing was not great for most of the time I was out last night in my Surrey garden. However I managed to get this image of Jupiter with Io (on the left) and Europa in transit before giving up.

Details are: Scope - Celestron C14 with 2x Powermate and ADC on an EQ8 mount. Camera - ZWO ASI224MC. Capture with Firecapture 2.51. Stacking with Autostakkert (40%). Processing with Registax 6 and Photoshop CS3.

You have a lot of nice detail on Jupiter despite the poor conditions and the moons are sitting beautifully perched on their shadows! Very nice.
