ISS with DSLR

Recommended Posts

Here's a snap of the International Space Station. With two "Tims" up there at the moment, doing their bit, thought I would join in from the ground wink emoticon
Actually took this last summer, with an ordinary DSLR camera, using an intervalometer, set to take as many pics as quickly as possible. I attached this to my telescope, and in turn set that to track the ISS as is sped across the sky (17,000 mph). As it went high overhead, actually got to look through the viewfinder, and got pretty much exactly the view in the photograph.
