Sh2-224 SN

Hi all,

thought I have ago at this faint supernova remnant in Auriga.

It has a unusual shape with shell structure equal to 75 light years across,  age about 24000 years.

I gonna continue on this target as only got 5 x 20 min subs last night,

FSQ 85 & SX 694 ccd   Ha

Had to stretch it quite a bit to pull out the very faint structure, but hopfully with a lot more data I should produce a decent image

thanks Sara,   this is just a start on it,  not sure weather I would benefit from trying Oiii and sii,   I have to research it.

That's a nice start you have there. OIII is super faint and worth adding for a HOO. There is no SII.
