The end of my white light imaging streak

After 27 consecutive days , today my white light imaging streak came to an end with solid cloud all day long

It's certainly the longest streak since I started solar imaging back in June 2012 and I suspect it will take some beating.

Forecast here is wet tomorrow with my next opportunity looking like Monday. Hopefully that will signal the commencement of another long streak.

27 days is essentially a full rotation of the sun. Amazing!

Well done, David, a great run! I think my tops was 18 days, aided by hols of 17 straight days.

Zip here for a few days now, I am itching to see the big filament and new AR! I am going to get no animations at the current rate, so many poor weekends here since Feb!

My own record is almost the exact opposite, 27 days of no sun.  Even that isn't true.  My record must be 14 days, whilst on hols in Spain.

Outside of Gong and Stereo, Steve must hold the record, how many days is it?
