Skyris445 ( and DMK21) suddenly stopped working?

PLEASE can someone give me some pointers?

The days ago the DMK 21 worked perfectly, I captured 40Gb of data of the moon and Jupiter - happy days.

Last night, neither camera DMK21 or SKYRIS445, will even be seen by ICapture. I've attached a screen grab, the PC sees the camera but the software doesn't.

The only thing I've changed is I installed Firecapture, that has now been removed but no difference. I've restarted, removed drivers and reinstalled etc.

Nothing I do makes any difference.

Next thing to try is revert to a restore point?

Anything I'm missing, any suggestions? I'm at a loss.

Do the cameras work with Firecapture or Sharpcap? Sounds like a problem with IC. You could try installing the latest IC software from the web site.

You could also try usbdview - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html and remove all USB devices and add them back one-at-a-time

Gone back to the windows 8 machine. I have managed to SN working with it, and controlling telescopes

Result.
