That's a perfect composition Ray. A nice Earthshine, with not too much burnout, and the Pleiades just standing there quite aloof .

Upon seeing this thread I rushed out to take a look to see if the Moon was still visible. It was very low orange crescent. I rushed in got my tripod and camera but by this timw it was sinking below the hedge line. I went charging across a piece of wasteland near by to gain some more height. I had rushed through muddy puddles bushes and brambles only to find it had sunk to low.

A very nice shot BTW with a good balance between capturing the earthshine and the Plieades
