ICE does seem better at stitching panoramas together than some proprietary software I've used. It's pretty fuss free.

Would be cool if it could combine WinJUPOS planetary maps into a full map with equalized brightness/colors (WinJUPOS can make full maps, but can't do brightness/stuff like MS ICE can).

I never bother, or you can delete it in PS

Appreciate the heads up Martin.  I have and still claim that if you load 3 panels of the Veil Nebula and 1 frame of a goose, MSIce will tastefully include the goose and provide you with a seamless 4 panel mosaic...
