Rosette Nebula in hubble palette

Here is my attempt at the Rosette Nebula in Hubble Palette, About 6 hours total, my longest exposure time to date, Ha 2h55m, O3 1h 30m, S2 1h20m. Taken with Atik 314L+ and Canon F2.8 200mm lens. Fairly pleased with the result. Comments and criticisms welcome of course.

Very, very nice image. I'm a sucker for theHST palette and that is a beautiful example.

Pretty ingenious to hook up your camera to a 200mm camera lens. We go through the trouble of doing mosaics and that is very lengthy, so it got us thinking...

Very nice indeed. What adaptors do you need to attach your CCD to Canon lens?

allows you to change the filters relatively easy. and your imaging at F2.8 also which is quick.

Super. Like John I'd go a bit easier on the noise reduction. A little texture makes the eye more comfortable and brings depth because the texture defines the foreground. Or so they say and I believe!
