Caught a break in the clouds early-ish today although the seeing was appalling hence a bit of a soft image. Just glad to get anything this time of year!

If it's any consolation the seeing was dire here too , tried a few close-ups but struggled to get anything resembling focus ...

I needed to get the lappy out really and focus using EOS Utils but didn't really have the time for that.

Well done, it looked nice and clear here this morning but I went on a round trip to Park Cameras and Telescope house, got stuck on the M23 for 3/4 of an hour (obviously the BBC travel dept's  idea of a slight delay is the same as the weather dept's idea  of a clear sky) and by the time I got back and set up the sun was low and the seeing rubbish so nice to see a pic of todays Sun.

nicely caught, tricky seeing here too! but it was nice to have some clear skies at dinner time, 1st time the PST has been to work for a while.

Nice one.  Seeing was the same up here, dire in fact.  Still it was 08:10 for 20 minutes or nothing.
