A late Tuesday sun in WL and Ha

Hi,

Menorca started off overcast, windy and the odd hint of rain, so had a lie in and went sight seeing instead of solar imaging.  Fortunately when we got back at 5pm, it had cleared, but by then the seeing wasn't up to much.

I was lucky to get the 3x WL shots and all of the Ha, but the sun was over the sea, so perhaps this helped?

excellent close ups! pushing a little maybe, but worth it. i did a close up of the huge filament myself tonight, it looked pretty impressive through the eyepiece

Cloudy??? that's not allowed in the Med is it! fantastic shots though, imaging over the sea must be the best :)
