Very impressive set up and the luxury of a obsy I can only dream of. I hope you dont run into the same problems as Rog (Celescope) and that you have adequate clearance in the dome apeture to view all objects at any position of the scope.

I've read Roger's thread with interest, yes it is tight - but the 10" + ED80Zenithstar just fits ok at just about all angles, as far as I have seen up to now.

Motorising the dome is something I will be doing in the future (Don't tell the wife!).

That really is a smart looking setup you have there, and the G11 has a very good reputation too. Should 'track' very well indeed.

I look forward to hearing how you find the 'R' scope. I've certainly no complaints.
