Found a gap late but it continued to rain even though their was a big clear spot around the Sun   Eventually the rain eased to the point where I was comfortable with putting the kit out for a shoot. Grabbed a full 130 frames before the clouds came back in, stacked just 21 though.

Quite a bit of activity around the new spot seemingly.

A wonderful shot, a nice clear view of the incoming :) we have had rain and cloud all day, not a hint of blue anywhere.

Image scale of each shot is the same so long as I keep the kit the same. So I followed this tutorial (about half way down) and made a scaled Earth image which I just paste into each image using GIMP.

Very nice, David. Worth the late shoot to get a bit more of the new spot   I somehow got a little clear patch earlier in the day, one of those rare days where the little gap falls just right

The Glasto curse! I have done my bit to make the sun hide by buying new kit. Nice sun and a nice gap in the clouds.
