Hi Paul,

main advice is: Give it a try!

Furthermore, I've made best experiences with black cardbox paper, white pastel (soft) pen and charcoal pen. Take care that you have enough light at your observation site - for lunar sketching there's no need for dark adaptation of you eyes. I'm observing from the home terrace and leave the light in the living room switchrd on.

Once you're done, you have to fix your sketch with som special spray.

Have fun!

Achim
