Megrez 90 / Celestron C8 newtonian eyepieces ?

Hi. This is my first post, so I will try to be brief an concise. I own the above 2 scopes. I have the revelation eye piece set but I am currently looking at upgrading the eyepieces. Both scopes are relatively fast, so your help would be appreciated. I had looked at the William optics swan and baader hyperion ranges but I understand that both have limitations with fast scopes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you set a budget?

TeleVue are exceptionally good in fast 'scopes. I think BST's are ok too.

You could ask Alan at Sky's the Limit for his opinion.

Hi Phillip. Thanks for the reply. I already have a wo uwan 4mm ep , so enjoy the wide views. Is the televue plossl performance worth the £300 upgrade from the revelation eps ?

Chris, from what I have read on SGL (and other astronomy forums; although not a member of any others except this one & Astronomy Shed), TeleVue are regarded as the benchmark for 'others' to emulate...

...and yes I do have a few items of 'Green & Black' glass.
